When you open the WinPcin, it verifies the serial port and since it doesn't found it because you have a simulated serial port, it goes into alarm. So, ignore the alarm since you work offline. It might be a issue when you can't download programs with it.

We have bought a new CCU card for our 810D PCU20. So no hard disk
We have tried to load the BACKUP PLC, NCK with WINPCIN . The software starts loading. Both HMI and WinPCIN shows the percentage. But after some moment data transfer HMI shows an error:
RS232C transmission error has occured.
That time baudrate was: 9600
When again do the same loading with baudrate 1200
Progress a little bit more but then Same error occured.
But when I use barudrate 300, then data loading progress . But at last it shows the same error while the loaded around 90%.
One other PLC data is not loading even for baudrate 300. I have put S4 to position 2.
I have given reset to plc and nck correctly. Like S4 2 3 2 3 2. And S3 1 reset button.
Can anyone please give me some suggestion how to solve this problem
